We arrived at 6pm for Check in & even though there was a note on the door to say it was open, it was locked & no-one came to greet us. The yard was very messy & there were lots of cats everywhere. We left to find more suitable accommodation.

Hier soir Ă  20h30, nous nous sommes prĂ©sentĂ©s au GĂźte des MĂ©sanges (rĂ©servation n° 72069561495744). À notre arrivĂ©e, le propriĂ©taire nous a informĂ©s ne jamais avoir reçu de confirmation de rĂ©servation de la part d’Hotels.com. En consĂ©quence, le logement n’était absolument pas prĂȘt pour nous accueillir : travaux non terminĂ©s et gĂźte non chauffĂ©. Nous nous sommes ainsi retrouvĂ©s le soir du rĂ©veillon, sans logement, accompagnĂ©s de notre enfant de 3 ans, situation totalement inacceptable et extrĂȘmement stressante. A mon sens, la responsabilitĂ© est partagĂ©e entre le propriĂ©taire et Hotels.com, le fait est que j’ai payĂ© 140 € pour une nuit dont je n’ai absolument pas pu bĂ©nĂ©ficier. Il est donc Ă©vident que je ne peux ĂȘtre tenue responsable de ce dysfonctionnement. Je vous demande par consĂ©quent le remboursement intĂ©gral et rapide de la somme payĂ©e, et j’attends un retour de votre part dans les plus brefs dĂ©lais. Il faut l'avoir vécu pour le croire, mensonge

Je suis arrivĂ©e au gĂźte comme prĂ©vu, il ny avait personne. Un numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone sur la porte du restauraut, j'ai appelĂ©, l'homme n'Ă©tait pas au courant de la rĂ©servation il avait pas consultĂ© internet. La chambre Ă©tait sale, les chats sauvages avaient dormis sir le lit. Des araignĂ©es au plafond, des toiles partout. Nous n'avons mĂȘme pas Ă©tĂ© dans la maison de la photo nous sommes restĂ©s au dessus du restaurant. Le soir, j'ai demandĂ© au moins si le restaurant Ă©tait ouvert, non. Mais il nous a cuisinĂ©, un truc vite fait avec ce qu'ily avait dans son frigo. Nous voulions manger dehors, en terrasse, les chats sauvages, grimpaient sur la table ou derriĂšre notre dos pour manger avec nous. Pas de serviette de toilettes pour prendre notre douche au moment de la douche. La nuit fut courte voire inexistante car avec la chaleur impossible d'ouvrir la fenĂȘtre les chats rentraient et pas de ventilation.
