This 89 m² house, fully equipped, can accommodate up to 5 people. From the entrance, a small veranda leads you into a pleasant, bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with television for your relaxation time, and a friendly dining space for sharing good meals together.

The open-plan kitchen, functional and modern, is equipped with everything you need: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all the utensils you may need. An adjoining utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.

On the sleeping side, the house has two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and the second with a double bed (140x190) complemented by a single bed (80x190), perfect for a family with children. A bathroom, equipped with a hairdryer, and separate toilet complete the house's facilities.



For greater comfort, you will also have at your disposal an iron and an ironing board, as well as a parking space inside the property.
