Very nice stay

Property was really convenient and right in the middle of Fripp across from the beach access. It was super cozy and gorgeous views of the marsh. Everyday we had cute deer that came to visit the back porch. Everything was wonderful and we really enjoyed the stay. The only issue was the golf cart seemed to struggle just a bit so we mostly drove our car around but we’re used to that. Perfect little getaway for a couple.

Solid location, recommend only for couple not with kids

If your looking for an easy location, this one is great. We simply went at the end of June and the AC could not keep up with the heat and the mini split upstairs leaked all over the bed and pillows. The kitchen is lacking many things, so I recommend bringing pans, bowls and stuff if you plan to cook a lot. The back deck is simply breath taking at sunset.

We enjoyed our early anniversary trip, having the golf cart included with rental was great. Everything was clean and location of rental in the middle of the island was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location and Accommodations For Sun Fun

The condo was perfect for our get-away. We loved sitting on the back deck watching the sun set over the marsh! Amazing views! We loved that the beach was just across the street. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and looked like the photos showed. We enjoyed taking the golf cart and driving around the island each evening. We will be back. Thanks for sharing your condo!

Short Vacation

Very nice accommodations, but could not get the outlets to work in either bathroom. A definite need for a blow dryer or electric shaver! Other than this we enjoyed the stay and I used the outlet downstairs in hallway by a mirror to do my hair!

Great house, remember to bring your own towels and wash clothes.

Are wash cloths not a common thing? I don’t remember seeing anything in the listing to let you know that there are none provided. The towels that are there are stained and dingy looking. Other than that, beautiful house. Will go back! (With towels and wash cloths)

Rocky start

The unit was tastefully decorated and clean. It was well stocked with the necessary kitchen supplies. The view off the back deck was beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately there were a few flaws we had to deal with, a clogged drain line for AC that caused water to pour on bed that soaked all the way to mattress, upstairs bathroom receptacle didn’t work, and the headlights and taillights on golf cart didn’t work. The owner responded and someone came out the next day to fix the AC but nothing was fixed on golf cart. It wasn’t enough to run our trip, but it did start off pretty rocky.

Peaceful and Private

This was my second time staying here and it is my favorite spot to getaway for quiet reflection. Casual elegance, clean, central, cozy, convenient… all the good C words. 😁 I love the quiet backyard deck overlooking the marshes and wildlife. The perfect place to unplug! The place is stocked with everything you need (I was happy to find a coffee grinder!). Property managers were friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend.

Cute and clean

Great location. The tennis courts and paddle ball courts were not noisy (I was worried about that) but was pleasantly surprised. The decor was nicely done and most importantly, the place was clean. A bit of wear and tear here and there, but cleanliness is so important and this one was clean. Towels and bedding felt great.

Weekend getaway on Fripp!

We had a great stay. The place is perfect for two people, it was clean, and had everything we needed to make a nice dinner. We had an amazing marsh view where wildlife visited us every day. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Gorgeous!!

I've stayed at a lot of properties on Fripp, but this villa was absolutely the most gorgeous! I spent a lot of time admiring the beautiful designer furnishings and details! The location was perfectly situated in the middle of the island, across the street from the beach, pool and food court. The convenience of having the golfcart available, without having to worry about a separate reservation for one, was a huge plus! The views of the marsh were breathtaking, the bed super comfortable and the place was spotless! We can't wait to go back and stay here again sometime soon! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful villa! Beautiful Beachy Oasis
