The night area comprises a bedroom with two single beds that can be moved together to form a large bed and a bedroom with a double bed as well as a comfortable bathroom with shower.

The bright living area has an open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge, whose bay window opens onto the ocean. Fully equipped, the kitchen area is fitted with induction hobs, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two coffee makers (filter and espresso), a toaster and a kettle. The terrace, facing the large beach, extends the living space, where you will be comfortably installed to have breakfast. Internet access, television and electric heating add comfort to this cosy apartment. Another major advantage; the private outdoor parking space will allow you to park easily.

Always active and particularly lively in summer, the port of St Gilles is 2 km away. Ice cream parlours and crêperies will delight those with a sweet tooth. Maritime-inspired shops are both close to fishing boats and the railway station! In the surrounding area, paths and cycle paths lead towards the rocky coast of the Vendée corniche and towards the pine forests that line the dunes. Relaxation, entertainment and leisure activities are accessible in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Vendée also deserves to be discovered for other tourist sites: Les Sables d'Olonne is 32 km away, Saint Jean de Monts is 17 km away and Noirmoutier is 42 km away.
