consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (140x200 bed), a shower room / WC and a terrace.

We are 600 m from the sea and close to the shops.

Located in a quiet subdivision.

The Pointe du Grand Mont is magnificent. Still well preserved, it offers a magnificent panorama of the Atlantic: Le Croisic, Hoedic, Houat, Belle-Île, Quiberon, etc.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
