Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this 3-rooms apartment of 65 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator of a building located 300m from the start of the Bettex slopes.
It has an Eastern exposure with a view of the Mont-Blanc mountain, and has a balcony.

Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres ou chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.

The apartment is composed of:

- An entrance with cupboard.
- A living room with dining area, TV, access to the balcony.
- A kitchenette with 4-burner electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher.
- A bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony.
- 2 twin bedrooms (wooden partition separation), one with a double sofa bed (140 * 190) and the other with bunk beds.

Petite station familiale et calme. Appartement très agréable.

Appartement bien agencé et très bien situé mais au 1er etage et non au 2eme comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Petite station de ski familiale comme on aime. Je recommande.
