3 bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm): Spread over two floors, the house has 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 more on the second floor, ensuring everyone has their own space.



Private bathroom: Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with shower for maximum comfort and privacy.



Open-plan, modern kitchen: fridge-freezer, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer.



Separate lounge: Relax in a cosy lounge area, separate from the kitchen, ideal for socialising or relaxing.



Rear garden: A small private garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors or sharing a quiet moment.

    Gîte fidèle à l’annonce et très fonctionnel. Très appréciable d’avoir une salle de bain toilettes dans chaque chambre. Très bien équipé. Literie convenable. Communication claire, agréable et rapide avec la conciergerie. Petit bémol : les escaliers. L’un a la rambarde qui bouge (emmène au premier) et l’autre (emmène au deuxième) est très abrupte et difficile à emprunter pour les personnes âgées.
