VILLA CONSTANTINE A 2 PAS DU PORT DE BOYARDVILLE

Very lovely 70m² house ideally situated a few dozen metres from the port and Boyardville beach. Comprising 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the second with a 140cm bed and 3 bunk beds. 1 bathroom and an independent toilet. Closed kitchen also serving for meals, very cosy and warm lounge. Completely renovated, it is perfect for a car-free holiday and also has a garden of approximately 100m² and a terrace allowing you to make the most of the fine weather and good Oleron air. The cooker is dual fuel gas/electricity, the barbecue is charcoal. You will be able to park one, or even two, cars at the rear of the house (garden side) in a cul-de-sac from where, on foot, you will have direct access either to the port and its restaurants or shops, or to the beach. A stone's throw away, the Saumonards forest for walks on foot or by bike and the large Saumonards beach, one of the most beautiful on the island. Internet connection available at the house but no television. Animals are not permitted except if small. The fireplace is strictly ornamental. Tassimo coffee makers available, no filter coffee maker. Linen not included in the rate. Good tip regarding bike rental on request. Tourist tax potentially due on arrival depending on the period, and if not mentioned in the quote.

Maison paisible et familiale

Maison au calme proche de la plage. La terrasse très agréable avec sa douche extérieure et sa cabane pour des moments de partage et de farniente ; Veritable atout de cette maison familiale. A quelques petits kilomètres à vélo de la plage des Saumonarts unz de nos préférées. Tres bon contact avec le propriétaire.
