Great house with plenty of space - open plan downstairs works very well and all of the bedrooms are a good size. Comfortable an clean and a good base for exploring the island. Good boulangerie and a fantastic market every day within 5 minutes walk of the house. Wonderful fish and plentiful fruit and cheese.

Cette maison de famille est l’endroit idĂ©al pour sĂ©journer sur l’üle d’OlĂ©ron. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (il ne manque rien), elle situĂ©e dans un endroit calme Ă  proximitĂ© du marchĂ© quotidien et Ă  5mn en voiture de tous les commerces. Les plages sont Ă  dix minutes en voiture et des parcs Ă  jeux pour enfants Ă  15 mn Ă  pied. Le petit jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour dĂ©jeuner en extĂ©rieur.Bref, le mieux idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour en famille

Bon accueil par le concierge. Une grosse infiltration traverse SDB et cuisine. Chambre RDC avec chaudiÚre à gaz adoucisseur d'eau lave linge et sÚche linge générant du bruit. Régulation thermostatique du chauffage défaillante froid dans les chambreschambres de l'étage.
