Private: property with meadow, orchard. 80 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Shop 3 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Lablachère centre" 2 km, railway station "Montélimar" 70 km, pebble beach "River Beaume (Joyeuse)" 7 km (small).
"Malbosc", 3-room house 50 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, radio and CD-player. Open small living room. Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
