Authentique maison ardéchoise en pierres entièrement rénovée, au calme mais non isolée, située dans un petit hameau à la campagne dans voie sans issue.
Grande cuisine aménagée avec table campagnarde. Grand séjour avec Télé, ventilateur de plafond.
A l'étage, 3 chambres dont une traversante. (2 chambres avec lit en 140 et une chambre avec lit en 90). Grande salle de bain avec WC et douche en 120x90. Draps fournis.
Terrasse avec barbecue, table et fauteuils de jardin.
Local sécurisé pour vélos.
Capacité 4/5 personnes.
Stationnement devant la maison.

Possibilité d'anemer son animal de compagnie 20 kilos maximum.
Ménage en fin de saison : Si vous nettoyez vous-même le gîte à la fin de votre séjour, aucun frais de ménage ne vous sera appliqué. (Vous avez tout le matériel nécessaire à votre disposition).
Si vous ne souhaitez pas faire le ménage de l'ensemble du gîte avant votre départ, vous aurez à nous régler directement la somme de 75 euros.

La maison est très spacieuse et très calme. La literie est excellente et l’électroménager est neuf. Bref vous avez tout le confort. La terrasse devant est très agréable pour prendre les repas et déguster la bouteille de vin rouge ou de rosé que les propriétaires ont laissé dans le frigo à votre arrivé. D’ailleurs ceux ci habitent la maison d’à cote et sont très sympathiques et très discrets. Ils sont aussi de très bon conseils pour vous indiquer les bonnes adresses pour bien manger et les coins à visiter.
