Total floor area: 82 m² attic parts included. Shared washing machine. Court + small ground in common. Ski St François Longchamp/Valmorel 17km (only by road D213 via St Martin La Chambre). Snowshoes at 4km. Access to the cottage in winter by a staircase from the public car park; in summer, possibility of parking in the yard. Renovated presbytery in the heart of the village, located 17km from the slopes. On a south-east facing hillside. Superb environment of forests and meadows. Pleasant and comfortable cottage. large tarmacked courtyard and small landscaped lot. Very nice unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains. 3 cottages in the presbytery of a typical mountain village, located 17km from the slopes of St François-Longchamp Valmorel link. Privileged location for hiking and snowshoeing in the Lauzière massif, a vast natural and preserved area, between Maurienne and Tarentaise. Many hiking trails through mountain pasture hamlets and forests including the Tour de la Lauzière. Village rich in mountain architectural heritage and traditional festivals. A destination worth the detour! Resourcing guaranteed!

Appartement très bien, spacieux, prope,bien equipé et calme. L'arrivée et l'installation facilitées par les responsables du giteTrès bien acueilli par les locax , Par contre pas de wifi dans le gite alors que c'etait indiqué dans l'annonce et assez loin de Saint François, oblige de decendre à La Chambres pour ensuite remonter à Saint François sur une route sinueuse et une duree de minimum de 30 minutes alors que l'appartement est situé à 10 minutes sur une route fermée l'hiver (information que nous n'avions pas).
