One of the most beautiful views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Only 20 minutes and 13km away from Annecy, Saint-Eustache (74 410) is a village located on the heights of Saint-Jorioz and is renowned for offering one of the most beautiful perspectives of Lake Annecy and its surrounding mountains. The magnificent Bauges mountain range and ski resorts are nearby.

Nestled on the south-western side of Lake Annecy, this property is situated at an altitude of 850 metres and highlights an impressive view. The quality of the air at this altitude will contribute to your well-being and allow you to enjoy pleasant summer evenings.
 
The Takapuna Suite can accommodate 4-6 people in a 76 m2 area located on the ground floor of this architect-designed villa built in 2023. This villa is composed of the Takapuna Suite and the Takapuna Loft (6 people) upstairs. The Takapuna Loft and Suite can be rent at the same time for larger groups. The Takapuna Suite and the Takapuna Loft are separate and they each have their own entrance, while being part of the same architectural project of 210 m2 in total.

The Takapuna Suite (ground floor) is supplied with: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, American fridge, etc...), a laundry room (washing machine, washing line), a large dining room / living room / lounge, two bedrooms (top of the range beds manufactured in Brittany 160*200), a bathroom with an Italian shower and separate toilet. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed (160*200).

The living room in the Takapuna Suite has large windows overlooking the lake and mountains. You can enjoy the view with the large terrace and the small garden will allow you to share meals with your friends and family. You can even relax on the lounge chairs in the sun.
