The Takapuna Suite can accommodate 4-6 people in a 76 m2 area located on the ground floor of this architect-designed villa built in 2023. This villa is composed of the Takapuna Suite and the Takapuna Loft (6 people) upstairs. The Takapuna Loft and Suite can be rent at the same time for larger groups. The Takapuna Suite and the Takapuna Loft are separate and they each have their own entrance, while being part of the same architectural project of 210 m2 in total.
The Takapuna Suite (ground floor) is supplied with: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, American fridge, etc...), a laundry room (washing machine, washing line), a large dining room / living room / lounge, two bedrooms (top of the range beds manufactured in Brittany 160*200), a bathroom with an Italian shower and separate toilet.
