Quiet area, close to the city center (People's Square, 13 minutes walk), universities (10 to 13 minutes walk) and public transport (tram 13 minutes walk). The Geoffroy Guichard stadium, the Zenith and the Parc des Expositions are 10 minutes away by car without the traffic jams of the city centre.
