A former 17th-century wine cellar, renovated into a gîte (holiday cottage) with a dovecote and swimming pool. A landscaped garden and a secluded pool offer numerous spots for relaxation and sunshine. Located 50km south of Toulouse and 9km from one of France's most beautiful detours: Rieux-Volvestre. Designed to offer comfort, privacy, and quality amenities, the cottage is spread over three levels. On the garden level, a gym equipped with a rowing machine and a stationary bike allows you to maintain your fitness routine while enjoying your vacation. The first floor features a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC, and an elegant master suite (with TV) with its own private shower room and WC. On the top floor, a mezzanine bedroom provides a cozy and inviting space. Outside, the shaded terrace extends the enjoyment of socializing, while the swimming pool and landscaped enclosed garden (shared with the owners and guests of the other cottage) invite relaxation in a peaceful and unspoiled setting. Activity enthusiasts will appreciate the many cycling routes in the Volvestre region, easily accessible thanks to the Accueil Vélo (Cyclists Welcome) label, the hikes offering exceptional panoramic views of the Pyrenees mountain range, and the canoe trips down the Garonne River for a unique way to experience nature. For children, the Gaulish Village is 5 km away and the Source Wake-Board park is 7 km away.
