Appartement fonctionnel terrasse agréable sauf le soir à cause du soleil en pleine face. le four n'est pas un combiné mais un simple micro onde c'est un rez de chaussée surélevé qui correspond à un premier étage avec 17 marches extérieures pour accéder à l'immeuble place de parking juste en dessous de la terrasse
