In the heart of Capellans, in a quiet and green setting, this single-story, two-room (T2) cabin offers approximately 31m² of living space and a lovely, private, enclosed courtyard of approximately 50m² with garden furniture, an awning, and a built-in barbecue. The living room features a sofa bed (140cm), LED TV, and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a four-burner cooktop, microwave/multifunction oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and electric coffee maker. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), TV, and wardrobe. The cabin has two single bunk beds (80cm). A shower room with toilet is also provided. Ironing facilities, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner are included. The bright and pleasant accommodation offers privacy and a southwest exposure. Secure parking is available nearby. Ideally located for family holidays, it is halfway between the port, shops, and Pont Tournant beach. RESIDENCE WITH SECURE POOL, open from June 1st to September 30th. NO PETS ALLOWED.
