The main room comprises a living room with a low sideboard, a table with 4 chairs, a wall-mounted TV, and a 140 cm (55 in) sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is L-shaped and includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, and microwave/grill. A utility room with a washing machine and cleaning kit is also provided. There is a separate bedroom with a 140 cm (55 in) bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a heated towel rail, a small wardrobe, and a separate WC. A vacuum cleaner is also included. The apartment is functional and attractively decorated. The building has no elevator.
