They DON'T CARE about guests at all. Their staff don't help at all. They say they want to help but then blame it on booking sites. We booked the wrong dates by mistake and immediately tried to contact them to change them, they had the same room at the same proce for the correct dates, they said they couldn't help, we are so extremely DISSAPOINTED. If you want to keep your money and have a nice stay, DO NOT BOOK HERE.
