Western and southern open exposures for maximum sunlight. Large kitchen and great room. 4 bedrooms. 2 masters with king size beds. Large children's bedroom with bunkbeds. 1 other bedroom with queen bed. Plus 2 Dens, one with convertible sofa for guests and one with large media room and office space. Office includes high-speed ethernet broadband and printer. High speed wi-fi through-out. Large deck with pool and outside dining area. Weber gas grill. Large lawn. Quiet street and neighborhood 2 blocks from beach. Includes access to community tennis court and beach. Master bath with jacuzzi tub. Outdoor shower. Available Aug 16th through Labor Day for $25,000. Add rest of September for additional $6,000. Dog OK subject to owner approval and refundable $3,000 security deposit.
