Location, location, location. This property is nestled in a quiet, private residential neighborhood and is a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Centrally located between Portland and Kennebunkport, and a quick 20 minute drive to the Portland airport.
Biddeford/Saco is the new Portland. The food and beverage scene here is exploding. You'll find craft cocktails and Peruvian-inspired small plates at Magnus on Water, a bougie cocktail lounge at The Lincoln, and many more new artisanal restaurants, bars and distilleries popping up every week. All within a 5 minute drive.
The property itself features a partially-covered deck as well as a large stone patio with a firepit and grill. Perfect for entertaining friends and family while on vacation. Inside is a fully-equip kitchen, casual dining area, formal dining room and two living rooms.
The upstairs bedrooms include A/C window units which keep the whole house cool during summer. The primary bedroom and the "bonus" room are very large and can accommodate blowup mattresses if additional beds are needed for larger families. (There is an extra queen-sized blowup mattress in the primary closet.)
