Within town limits with views of the country! This one bedroom basement apartment with one queen bed, flip down single sofa bed & cot (if requested)with private bathroom is suitable for 1-4 persons, no children under the age of 2. The kitchen is well equipped. A welcome package of granola bars, instant oatmeal, cold cereal & popcorn awaits. Coffee & tea are available. The laundry room off the bedroom is available exclusively for guests! The apartment is part of our private home but is separate & secure & has its own secure WIFI.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Nearly perfect!

This place was just about perfect. Quiet and well-appointed. Comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, clear instructions and nothing unreasonable in expectations. If I had to offer a critique it would be that the water pressure in the shower is pretty low. Also, we arrived at night-time, and it was impossible to see house numbers anywhere on the street so there was a bit of guesswork finding the place. Other than that tho, it's hard to criticize anything, and we'll be back next year!

Our host was super. As in most country settings with septic systems there can be issues with pumps, etc. And these issues don't let you know when they are about to happen. Kathy came down right away to let us know what was happening and the effect it could have on our stay (it had absolutely none), she even suggested a discount. The place was very clean and well equipped for all cooking and baking needs. There was cereal, snack, milk, cream, spices etc. It is located nicely for visiting PEI, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. Kathy even sent a nice note after we left thanking us for the way we left the apartment. It feels good to be treats so well. We are now back in BC feeling happy and fulfilled from our Maritime adventure. The only issue that I had was with Vrob. Communication with them was very difficult. They sent the wrong security code. Even the review from them was blocked by the time I flew home.
