This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath home surrounded by beautiful, mature trees offers 2-queen, 8-twin, and 2-sleeper sofas to sleep 16. You'll enjoy the expansive outdoor area and you're just a short walk from the private community park providing you access to the Frio River.
You'll also enjoy easy access to all major activity areas in Concan, including House Pasture Cattle Company and Frio Valley Ranch Golf Course and you're just a short drive from Garner State Park.

Hosts are very friendly and responsive to my questions very quickly. The property and house were very clean and fully equipped. I was so glad they had things like a can opener and blender since those are items I forgot. The space was a lot bigger than the pictures too, especially the kitchen. Four of us were able to fit comfortably cooking together in the kitchen. The property is gorgeous and very close to the river. Most importantly, the hot water never ran out! The water pressure was really good and the AC worked really well. I know, those aren't things that typically are found in reviews but they're very important to us! Certainly a very comfortable and home away from home coziness. We just loved it in this home!

Home was cute & accomidating. Vents were extremely dirty. In the description it said walking access to river. It is two streets over from the water.
