Awesome home

This house is amazing! The design is ideal - every room has a bathroom. The kitchen, living, and dining area was large and really family friendly. My kids favorite part was the large pool and outdoor kitchen area which included a TV. In the mornings, you could sit outside with your coffee and watch deer and other wildlife. Also… the mattresses were amazing!

Family Get Away

Great place, very spacious and pool was very clean. Would have liked a beach volleyball area, and or grass in the backyard area to be clean and level…too many thorns so we couldn’t get outdoors activities going (other than swimming in pool). For large groups, pots and pans were a bit limited. Also, quite a ways away from the river.

Amazing vibe for your river getaway!

This place is absolutely amazing. Very clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing for all photo opportunities! The main focus of the house is the beautiful pool & patio. Gray for large groups, get to all be together without feeling like you are on top of each other. 10/10 recommend!

Girls weekend

It was a great 3 day weekend. We had a relaxing getaway. Bring your own towels for bathing and pool or river. Kitchen is greatly stocked. Bring sponges for cleaning dishes. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely would stay again…

Our first actual family vacation and we picked the best place to stay!! We were not disappointed at all! Not even our kids wanted to leave and go back to the river!! Thank you for this unforgettable opportunity!! I will be recommending this house to anyone that has plans to visit the area!!

Great house for a big family trip!

We loved staying here. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The A/C worked great!! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and lots of bunk beds for all the kids. It’s so nice to have your own pool, covered patio area and 3 refrigerators! The manager was very responsive to all my questions and everything in the house is is working order. Lots of parking made it easy for us. Definitely a great choice!

What a place to stay!

The house is beautiful, well furnished, spacious and such a great patio space with the pool and bbq pit! Our family had such a great time at the house. The kitchen is big enough to accommodate all the cooking, plenty of room for all of our groceries and drinks. The kids (and adults!) enjoyed having the pool during the evening hours. It really was the perfect place for our family to spend the weekend! In addition, Laurie is such a great host. She checked on us to make sure everything was ok and we didn't have an issues (which we didn't). She made checking in and checking out very easy and seamless. Thank you so much for having us, we'll see you next year!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a blast staying in this house. It was very clean and roomy with bunk beds in every room. Kitchen was fully stocked. Two fridges and big pantry were great. The pool has a volleyball net they kept our kiddos entertained. Lots of privacy being at the end of the cul-de-sac. Deer come up to your backyard. Perfect place for a family getaway!

Beautiful home - would stay again!!

This was a Brand new home on the Frio. It was beautiful and had an abundance of room . The owner was very easy to communicate with and the location was super convenient!!! We would most definitely stay here again!!
