Like living in the loudest night club filled with cigarette and marijuana smoke.
Imagine staying in a night club in a cigarette factory. That is what this apartment is like. After complaining about the walls vibrating for 6 hrs because of the neighbor's music, she got mad and opened her door the next day to make it even louder. The other neighbor watches TV really loud until 2am on her balcony while smoking marijuana and cigarettes. Her balcony is next to the bedroom of this apartment and even with the windows closed, all of your belongings will smell like cigarettes. We actually saw her buy drugs in the hallway one day. During our stay we saw 2 arrests being made on the property. My nephew has a photo of one of them. If the drugs and walls shaking aren't bad enough, the balcony faces TWO construction sites that begin work every morning at 7am and it lasts all day. If the neighbor's music doesn't wake you up at 6am, the construction definitely will. Even with headphones, you hear construction, hear and feel music, and smell like cigarettes. Now, about Mario. A big warning. He puts in his email that if you are interested in extending your stay, contact him off of the site. When you do, he waits until late on the night before your checkout stating that he has another offer and wants you to pay more knowing that moving at the last minute is close to impossible. I have screenshots to prove this. Luckily for us, and for you if you are his victim, there are 5 other empty apartments in the building to rent. And they are also more affordable.

Nice Apartment in Sabaneta.
I recently stayed in this beautiful apartment and had a great experience overall. The main bedroom was spacious and comfortable, while the second bedroom, although a bit small, was perfectly functional for our needs.Upon arrival, I noticed a minor issue with cleanliness, but it was resolved immediately, which I truly appreciated. Communication with the owner started off a little challenging, but once we connected, he was very helpful and attentive.The location is fantastic—close to all the best spots in town. However, be prepared for some walking and a bit of a workout if you plan to explore on foot.Despite the small hiccups, I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return on my next visit. A solid 4-star (Almost 5-star) experience!

Mario was a great host, any questions I had he was quick to answer or assist. The building is new, the neighbors are great and the location is great, it’s a 9 minute walk to the mall / centro. 24 hr security, I played music loud at times and never heard complaints, it felt like home away from home.
