### Utterly Disgraceful – This Apartment Should Not Be Listed AnywhereThis apartment is a complete disgrace and should **never be rented to paying guests**. What we experienced goes far beyond a “bad stay” — it was a total failure of basic responsibility, hygiene, and safety. Booking this place was a serious mistake, and this review is written to prevent others from making the same one.First problem: **you can barely find the apartment**. The instructions are inadequate and confusing, and when you inevitably need help, **no one is reachable**. Calls go unanswered, messages disappear into nowhere, and you are left completely on your own. This is unacceptable under normal circumstances — in our case, it was dangerous.The temperature outside was **minus 37C**. When we finally managed to get inside, the apartment was **ice cold because the heating was turned off**. Not low — OFF. In these conditions, this is not just careless, it is reckless. No one checked the apartment before our arrival. No one cared whether guests arrived to a safe or livable space. It took **days** for the apartment to warm up enough to feel remotely tolerable.And then there was the filth.The apartment was **disgustingly dirty**.
