Staff was super helpful making a reservation with a local nail salon as I dont speak the language. Plus it includes a great hot breakfast and the roof top restaurant was on point!

Not as good as it was.

I have stayed here on a few occasions and i was always impressed. This time not so much. It seems to have dropped off since its opening, the staff used to be excited to serve and help you, now they just serve you like on a cash desk in a supermarket. There was also no water in my room, andbthe room were single beds, i reserved a double.

Excellent service at reception, hotel is a little out of the way but is worth it due to facilities and ease of getting about. Reception staff were amazing but restaurant roof bar seemed understaffed and staff there did not seem to be attentive (hence the rating being bumped down

Arrived at 9pm for check in (room was booked weeks ago) to find out they were “overbooked.” Was shuttled over to a “boutique” hotel down the road. Restaurant was closed. No TV in room. Very frustrating situation as my co-workers all had rooms at the actual Den. Would not book again.

Great hotel - friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped room. Wide choice at breakfast and food good quality. Easy walk into centre of Den Bosch across beautiful bridge. Very hard to find fault - stay here!

No air conditioning. It was super hot in the room. I requested for an electric fan but none was available. A lot of guests complained about this too.

Excellent modern hotel warm n professional staff.

From arriving til check out has been excellent service, all staff are welcoming and professional. Room was modern though did have issue with air Conditioning not functioning properly. Breakfast and evening dining was good standard.

Very excellent staff assistance. Exceptionally comfortable beds, amazing bar and experiences all around. The only small problems would be the bedding covers, as they were always lose and messed up in the morning. However room service always fixed the bed as expected, but the bedding always came back out.
