We couldn't have had a more ideal accommodation for our stay with 2 teenage sons. The parking space was invaluable, as parking is an issue in Rye. EV charging at the back of the building opposite. Not the most scenic of settings, but safe and quiet and a few minutes' walk to everything in Rye. Super well equipped kitchen. Family seating in the lounge and very comfy beds. Good shower (although the grouting could do with a bit of TLC). Friendly welcome from the lady at the motel (which I presume owns the property). Would highly recommend this house for a perfect base to explore Rye and the area.

Cute weekender house

A cute little house really close to the station - perfect for a weekend stay where you spend most of your time out and about. It had everything you needed. Also the welcome basket was such a lovely touch. Thank you :)

Everything was great except the shower did not drain well, and flooded the floor. So you must trickle the water or use the tub which is nice! They have a nice bar in the front and really good people all around. Everyone is helpful with directions. I can’t express enough how nice it was!
