Perfect getaway house only 15 minutes drive from Killington ski resort, 2 minutes away from Rutland County Club, and a hiking trail directly across from the house. The house is beautifully equipped with high end furnitures to ensure your best comfort. This wonderful property features a jacuzzi, 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating, guests can relax and unwind in this gorgeous retreat. Enjoy your time in Rutland at our cozy house.

The space
A gorgeous 10-person sofa in the living room with electric fireplace and a 55 inch smart TV. 6-person jacuzzi is available year round. 2 bedrooms downstairs each with a king bed. A spacious loft area on the second floor with 2 queen beds, a daybed that's a similar size of a twin bed and an optional full size inflatable mattress. Every bed is equipped with a 12-inch memory foam mattress with high quality down pillows and duvets (except for the daybed). A full bathroom on each floor. A spacious dining room with a large dining table that sits 8. A deck with romantic lights at night and beautiful oasis of sunlight during the day.

Guests have access to everything except for the garage and the basement.

Other things to note
Pets are welcome! Pet fee is $120/trip. 2 animals maximum per trip. Please clean after your pets in the backyard/front yard. Pet fee does not cover pet accidents and other damages caused by pets.

Security cameras are on property sunrvallencing exterior parts of the property specifically pointing at each entrance of the house as well as the driveway.

The house was impeccably clean and arranged perfectly for a group of friends coming together for a short springther was too warm for us to take advantage of the hot tub, but we came prepared with extra towels from home nonetheless. The large inviting sofa was comfortable and offered plenty of space for four adults to stretch out and watch TV. The memory foam mattresses in the bedrooms were luxurious and so comfortable. Each of us slept so well each night. Our host Keke was incredibly communicative and gave clear instructions for our stay. She has outfitted a very nice house with everything needed for a lovely stay in Rutland!!
