Logement bien situé, mais pas très adapté à des séjours hors saison aux mois d'automne et hiver car mal chauffé par les climatisations réversibles et un manque d'isolation thermique (porte extérieure non calfeutrée, carrelage froid sans tapis, grande baie vitrée froide). Confort des lits 1 personne insuffisant.
