Dommage qu'une chambre n' était pas utilisable à cause du volet électrique en panne alors qu'elle était située à l'ombre ce qui aurait été bien avec la canicule, le four ne fonctionnait pas en étant vérouillé, l'allumage de la télé était très compliqué avec la double télécommande et aucune notice pour faciliter l'accès aux équipements, le bruit de la voie rapide se fait entendre le matin selon les vents, la télé très forte du voisin à moins de 3 m était une vraie gêne en soirée, regrettable et pire le propriétaire nous a proposé de recevoir des visiteurs car la maison est en vente ce que nous avons refusé. Une location très chère pour un mois de juin à la sortie de Royan donc éloigné du centre et des plages pour une qualité qui n'est pas à la hauteur du prix.
