"The issue with this property was that after a very late arrival, close to 1am, we were given a room that wasn't clearly set for guests. No bedsheets or towels and the room had not been cleaned. We had stayed here multiple times and as per usual we had advised them of the late arrival to ensure there was no question of us not turning up and risking the room we booked being given to someone else. But to our surprise and after a long journey and arriving with a child, we still had to go through this experience. Simply unacceptable."
