The house was completely renovated in May 2018.
It has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room with dining area and kitchen in one space. Bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned.
Villa Dana is located on a large estate with olive trees, kiwi, fig trees and other Mediterranean plants. There is a swimming pool and a house with a fully equipped kitchen and an LCD TV with satellite channels.
Next to the pool there are sun loungers, barbecue and a large wooden table with benches is located in the shade of vines and kiwis.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Unser Urlaub in der Nähe von Rovinj

Leider war unser Urlaub durch Krankheit und teilweise nicht so gutem Wetter geprägt. Von daher konnten wir leider auch nicht vom schönen Pool profitieren. Das Ferienhaus selbst war sauber und mit zwei schönen Bädern und Schlafzimmern ausgestattet. An den wenigen heißen Tagen waren wir abends froh eine Klimaanlage im Haus zu haben. Das Haus selbst lag nach unserer Einschätzung sehr gut gelegen: Nicht weit entfernt von Rovinj Zentrum (ca: 2,5 km) und diversen Supermärkten (zwischen 1,5 und 3 km Entfernung). Ferner war fußläufig ein nettes Restaurant erreichbar. Aus unserer Sicht liegt das Haus ideal um die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin des Hauses, Klaudija Sturman, war nicht nur am An- bzw. Abreisetag persönlich anwesend, sondern beantwortete auch umgehend alle unsere Fragen, die sich während unseres Aufenthaltes ergaben.

Eine schöne Woche gehabt.

Klaudija ist eine nette Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und man hat eigentlich alles was man für eine Woche braucht. Einkauf- und Essensmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe. Und die Stadt Rovinj ist in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub in Kroatien

Zunächst muss ich Klaudija ein großes Lob aussprechen. Das Ferienhaus und das Einchecken inkl. der Kommunikation ist einfach perfekt!. Das Ferienhaus ist wie in den Bilder zu sehen einfach nur wunderschön, etwas außerhalb aber trzd. nicht weg vom Schuss. Man ist mit dem Auto in 5 min. in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und einiges mehr. Um das Haus herum sind Obst-/ & Olivenbäume an denen man sich bedienen kann, der Pool einfach mega. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Einfach nur super. Danke!

Sehr schöne Wohnung etwas ausserhalb von Rovinj. Top schnelle sowie prima Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin. Haus mit Moskitogittern - ohne wäre gar nicht möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus.Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Der Pool ist toll und während des Urlaubs wird immer wieder nach dem Pool geschaut. Man ist in ca. 3 Minuten an einem Einkaufszentrum und in weniger als 10 Minuten in Rovinj. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. Man hört die strasse aber das hat uns nicht gestört.Wir genossen es sehr, dass wir für uns waren, und konnten gut entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr zuverlässig, reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und die Kommuniukation hat auch super geklappt! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden das Haus wieder mieten! Rovinj & Villa Dana eine lohnenswerte Kombination

Wir können uns den vorhergehenden Kommentaren nur anschließen. Das Haus ist super gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ordentlich und sauber. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und lädt während der heißen Sommertage zum verweilen ein. Platz ist auf der Terrasse und drum herum ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wege zur Innenstadt von Rovinj sind schnell und leicht zu erreichen, ebenso die Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, alles ziemlich zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt und können die Villa Dana uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir bedanken uns auch bei Klaudija für den Support während unseres Aufenthaltes und den netten Austausch mit ihr.

Wundervolles Haus 🏠

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus 🏡. Es war einfach Traumhaft schön. Sogar unser kleiner Prinz fand es toll auch wenn kein Spielplatz da ist. Er liebt das Wasser und so war er super zufrieden mit dem Pool und der Außendusche mit dem Bobycar konnte er auch draußen ein paar super runden drehen. Ich würde es echt jedem Empfehlen. Vor allem aber eher Familien mit größeren Kindern oder Menschen mit keinen Kindern. Also rund um haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt 🙏. Danke nochmals an Klaudija du bist super und ich liebe dein schönes süßes kleines Haus 🏠.

Toller Urlaub

Das tolle Ferienhaus entspricht genau den Beschreibungen in der Anzeige. Es gab nichts zu kritisieren. Kleinere Mängel (defekte Kaffeemaschine/Poolliege) wurden sofort beseitigt. Lieben Dank an die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Klaudija. Wir haben die schöne Zeit sehr genossen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Villa Dana entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist Rovinj in kürzester Zeit (10 - 15 Minuten) erreichbar. Kaufland, Lidl & Co sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit Klaudija war unproblematisch und mehr als nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum glücklich

Es war vom ersten Tag an herrlich. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Für alle, die sich beim Packen Gedanken machen: Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel (Spültabs), Öl, Salz, Klopapier - alles da. Wir wurden schon etwas früher als geplant und ganz herzlich von Klaudija begrüßt. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und in einem guten Zustand. Mit Kindern waren die zwei Bäder ein Segen. Das Highlight war der perfekt temperierte, sehr saubere Pool. Man hat dort absolut seine Ruhe (Haus und Pool ganz alleine für uns), ist trotzdem schnell in Rovinj und kann von den Feigen-, Kiwi-, Granatapfelbäumen und Trauben naschen. Wenn wir ans Meer wollten, sind wir zum Resort Vilas Rubin gefahren. Dort kann man gut parken und findet auch spät noch einen schattigen Platz am Strand. So kommen wir rundum erholt zurück nach Hause.

Tolle Unterkunft 😊

Wir haben unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt in Klaudijas Haus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung, Ausstattung des Hauses und der Zustand lassen keine Wünsche offen. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Pool - mit Süßwasser gefüllt, top Größe und eine sehr angenehme Temperatur! Rovinj ist auch mit dem Rad bequem in 15 Minuten zu erreichen - so spart man sich die Parkplatzsuche... Kaufladen, Lidl und Co sind ebenfalls gut für den schnellen Einkauf erreichbar genauso wie natürlich alle Strände rundum Rovinj. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
