MONDELACO Three-Bedroom Apartment is located in 35 minutes walking distance from town centre and in 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size of the apartment is 80 m2 and balcony is 3 m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has one air conditioner. Air conditioning is located in the living room. In the courtyard of the house there is also a big terrace of 25 m2 and a roofed tavern of 10 m2. The tavern offer a possibility of using the BBQ and the outdoor dining area. It is possible to rent bikes for 10 €/day.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 big double beds + 2 single beds

Schöne saubere und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden herzlich von Maria und Branco empfangen. Wir haben gleich einen Begrüßungsschnaps und frische Feigen vom Baum erhalten. Branco ist gelernter Koch und hat sogar einmal eine Kostprobe abgegen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine schöne Grillhütte. Vom Balkon hatte man sogar etwas Meerblick. Wir sind nach Rovinji immer mit dem Fahrrad gefahren. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen sie war gut ausgestattet. an
