Gute Lage - schöne Terrasse

Tolle Lage - ruhig, aber direkt am Altstadtzentrum. Sehr schöne Terrasse, die wir jeden Morgen genutzt haben. Agentur sehr freundlich, besorgte einen Wäscheständer. Leider Wegwerfbettlaken. Wegwerfhandtücher wurden auf unseren Wunsch in richtige Handtücher getauscht. Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber es ist sicher nicht leicht, den Ansturm von Touristen in Rovinj zu bewältigen.

Leider ungepflegt-schade, da Lage super

Positiv: - die Stadt ist ein Traum, die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rande der Altstadt (im autofreien Teil) und daher sehr zentral. Der Markt ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. - Waschmaschine, die gewaschene Wäsche mussten wir allerding über dem Treppengeländer trocknen (ein richtiger Wäscheständer war nicht zu finden) - die Betten und die Handtücher frisch. - es gab immer warmes Wasser und die Klimaanlagen waren top, ohne sie wären wir vor Hitz umgekommen. - wir mussten nur eine Woche dort verbringen und kamen nur zum Schlafen her, Negativ: - für eine Familie ungeeignet, zumindest wenn man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. Wir mussten jedem Morgen/Abend nach einem Parkplatz suchen und ca. 1,2 km Laufen. Auf einem empfohlenen Parkplatz gab es nur an wenigen Abenden, wenn wir früh wieder kehrten einen freie Platz. - In der Wohnung standen zwei billige Staubsauger, denen es nicht gelang die Wohnung tatsächlich zu säubern. Wir hatten den Eindruck, die Wohnung war nicht frisch naß gesäubert. Überall lag Staub. - Der Fernseher ist ein Witz und sollte lieber Platz für ein ordentliches Regal machen. - Die Küche taugt maximal für ein paar Spiegeleiger, richtig kochen ist nicht wirklich möglich. - Das Regal für das Geschirr war in der selben Ecke, wie die Putzutensilien untergebracht. - Das Kunstledersofa war völlig am zerbröseln, eine Tagesdecke versuchte das zu verdecken. - Die Dusche und das Bad bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung. Der Duschkopf muss dringend durch einen mit Qualität ersetzt werden. - Der Geruch in der Wohnung war leicht modrig, es roch nach alten Möbeln - Die Betten im unteren Geschoss waren so aufgestellt, dass ein Bett am Kopfende keine feste Wand hatte, so dass das Kopfkissen runter rutschte. - Der Preis ist für die gebotene Qualität völlig überzogen.
