Ferienwohnung okay, Lage top

Die Ferienwohnung war größer als erwartet. Sie war auf 3 Etagen verteilt. Unten eine Küche, im nächsten Stock ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer und im letzten Stock ein weiteres Badezimmer mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Allerdings war bei unserer Ankunft die Ferienwohnung sehr dreckig. Nachdem wir dies angemerkt haben, ist der Herr uns sofort sehr freundlich entgegengekommen, so dass er die ganze Wohnung geputzt hat. Nachdem wir wieder kamen, war es um einiges sauberer, jedoch lagen immer noch Haare im Badezimmer und das Geschirr war ebenfalls dreckig. An sich ist die Wohnung sonst für den Preis in Ordnung. Die Matratzen sind für unseren Geschmack zu hart und das Klappbett (für die 5te Person) war leider überhaupt nicht bequem, da man alle Streben gespürt hat. Es gab außerdem zwei Klimaanlagen, die jedoch im Flur angebracht waren, so dass wir mit offener Tür schlafen mussten, da sonst keine Funktion der Klimaanlage spürbar ist. Die Lage ist wirklich wunderbar! In ca. 15min ist man zu Fuß in der schönen Alstadt Rovinj. Zum Strand sind wir eigentlich immer mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir fanden den Cuvi Strand besonders schön (ca. 5-10min). Insgesamt verdient die Wohnung 3 Sterne, da die Lage wunderbar ist, aber die Sauberkeit leider zu wünschen übrig lässt.
