Truly excellent ! The room is spacious and has everything you need. Come with oven, coffee maker. Kettle. Toaster. Hairdryer. Right in city centre. Was worried at first how to get the key. Many cafes, restaurants, supermarket and tour agencies nearby. But host very bad with communication. On the second day of my 10 days stay. I email and WhatsApp the owner asking whether we be only using 2 towels and 2 toilet paper for my 10 night's stay, but no reply from the owner. But on last day, I email the owner where I leave the key after I checked out, immediate reply from the owner. What a surprise. I suggest the owner learn from the Japanese and Korean hotel provider. They leave the towels and toilet at a commom area where guests can change themselves and leave the used items in a basket beside.

Easy no frills accommodations

This was a one night stop for us. The apartment is fine for what it is-zero frills accommodation. The lady cleaning is very sweet. Easy to find however please note, you have to pick up the keys from a bar that is a 5-7 min walk away. We didn’t know this and my kids sat outside freezing for 15-20min while I ran to find the key place. It’s right in town so close to everything.

warm stay near pedestrian street

Location-wise, this place is hard to beat - just a sprint to the pedestrian street, and a supermart is just downstairs, so you can get your supplies to make a simple meal in your kitchenette. the room has seen better days, but it is clean and keeps you warm with the double glazed windows. we didn't even bother with the heater in the room. there is also an old fashioned lift that can take two people with two pieces of luggage. the lady who owns the place and the one who upkeeps it are friendly and efficient.

Good apartment at city center

The company has many apartments in the same building. I was at B5 apartment, which had a large room and living room. Good kitchen, well equiped for preparing breakfast and food. The apartment was very clean. The location is amazing, very close to everything interesting in Rovaniemi city center. One point of improvement is the bathroom, especially the box shower. It is not easy at all to get in and out of it, it has around 80-100cm height and it is very small. I wonder about elderly guests or guests with some movement restriction: they would suffer a lot to get in and out from it. I think you should improve that in the near future.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und super gelegen! Lordiplatz um die Ecke, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Aber wichtig! Das Apartment A1 liegt direkt über der im Haus befindlichen Karaokebar, schlafen zwischen 23 - 4 Uhr kaum möglich, weil man jedes Lied und alles was in der Bar passiert hört, jeden Abend!! An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, daher gibt es 2 Sterne Abzug. Auch die Ohrstöpsel die im Zimmer liegen helfen kaum und den ganzen Urlaub mit den Stöpseln zu schlafen ist nicht möglich. Das war wirklich schade. Wenn dann eine der Wohnungen im anderen Aufgang B buchen, wenn man ruhig schlafen will.
