I was very happy with my stay. It was close to the centre and transit. The room was perfect and I have worked in the hotel industry, and I want to recognise Alexis and Kevin for being so hospitable, knowledgeable and prompt. They truly made the experience memorable. Very hard to get parking. Beds were hard like sleeping on a cot, also pillows were so flat. Loved the organization of the room. Though it was small it was well thought out. Just poor nights sleep.

Disappointed

Great location and nice hotel, but they are over priced and under deliver. Not even free tea or coffee in the rooms which you would expect even from a budget hotel. Originally picked this hotel because of the advertised secure parking only to find it was full, small and shared with another hotel.

Nice hotel, good position, parking at nearby car parks, one under the hotel. Would advise parking in the one underneath, we parked in the Opera house one next door. Tiny spaces and awkward access. Wouldn't recommend that one unless you have a very small vehicle and are not worried about damage
