The room was clean, though there were some long hairs on the folded clean towels. Staff were very friendly, very helpful. Breakfast was nice and had a reasonable selection for being included in the price of the room. My only big complaint was you can’t open a window and the aircon didn’t really cool the room at all (setting were correct for cooling the room) but it was still very warm after a couple of hours. Still managed to get a bit of sleep, but the roon was very warm.

Staff were excellent, immediately gave me another room when there was a problem with my initial room on check in. Also, all staff a ted in a professional manner when the hotel had to be evacuated after the roofers started a small fire... I was even directed to a nearby pub for lunch whilst waiting for the fire service to give the all clear, that they said the hotel would refund. I would have taken them up on it, if I hadn't already eaten. All in all good hotel with exceptional staff..
