In the historic villa in Warnemünde, which was restored in 2005, there are a total of six apartments. The villa is located on a spacious estate. To the beach of the Baltic Sea you only have to walk through the Warnemünde Park. All six apartments in Warnemünde can sleep up to four people. All apartments in the villa have a kitchen with high quality fitted kitchen incl. Dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, living room with sofa bed and TV. In addition, there is in each apartment in Warnemünde a double bedroom, a bathroom with underfloor heating and shower and some with whirlpool and fireplace, 1-2 large balconies or terraces. Gute Ferienwohnung, jedoch nicht so hell wie auf dem Foto ( durch Wohnungsquerschnittbedingt recht dunkel ohne künstliches Licht). Gut für Urlauber mit Hunden geeignet wegen Tür zum Garten.

Es wirkte, als ob lange keine Belegung der Wohnung war. Das Porzellan war nicht richtig sauber, die Deko und die Wasserkaraffe staubig. Kein Schwam, Lappen zum Tisch abwischen, kein Spülmittel, alles etwas lieblos

Schöne Wohnung

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in dem Objekt. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße mit einer Bushaltestelle davor. Der Zugang zur Strandpromenade ist auch nicht weit. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Direkt über die Straße ist ein kleiner Park zum Gassigehen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Inserat hat leider zu viel versprochen.

Zunächst machte die Ferienwohnung einen guten Eindruck, doch bei genauerem Hinsehen fühlten wir uns dann doch nicht mehr so wohl. Offensichtlich wurde die Wohnung nicht richtig gereinigt. Überall total staubig, Wollmäuse hingen von der Decke und lagen am Boden. Der Kühlschrank sowie der Herd waren auch schmutzig und in der Sofaecke hat es unangenehm gerochen. Fremde Haare hingen an den Bad- Fliesen eine kleine Scherbe im Bad… Nach einer Beschwerde im Ferienbüro gab es angeblich nochmals eine Reinigung, von der wir kaum Besserung bemerkt haben. Das Objekt benötigt dringend eine komplette Grundreinigung und Instandsetzung!! Denn auch Lampen haben gewackelt … Immerhin war das Bett bequem und augenscheinlich sauber. Unangenehme Bewertung- ich weiß, allerdings war diese hier dringend nötig! Auf Hoffnung für die nächsten Feriengäste! Wir werden nicht nochmal wiederkehren!

Für die Anzahl der Personen war die Wohnung relativ klein. Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, war das ok. Der Eindruch der Wohnung war positiv.

Schöne modernisierte Wohnung in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und wirkt frisch renoviert. Auch die strandnahe Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Einzig passionierten Köchen könnte der Backofen fehlen - uns, als 4-köpfige Familie hat lediglich ein größeres Sieb gefehlt, das eine ganze Packung Pasta fasst. ; )
