Lage Top, Unterkunft Flopp

Die Lage der Unterkunft super, allerdings war die Unterkunft selbst nur mäßig geputzt, die Küchenzeile, sowie das WC völlig verdreckt. Bei 80 Euro für die Endreinigung eine Unverschämtheit.Der Kühlschrank war kaputt, ebenso die Kaffeemaschine.

So eine furchtbare Unterkunft hatten wir in unserem Leben noch nicht gesehen Kühlschrank ist aus meiner Sicht nicht nutzbar, der Herd eine Katastrophe, fern schauen war kaum möglich Ständig brach das Bild weg Die Küchen Zeile mochte man nicht benutzen, da auch die steckleiste eine Gefahr darstellt Für über 100 €am Tag angeboten - ist eine Frechheit

Sehr schlechte Ferienwohnung, Tür musste abgeschlossen werden, damit sie geschlossen bleibt; Dusche defekt, Waschbecken kaputt, ekeliger, nicht abgetauter Kühlschrank, Stufe im Zimmer-Unfallgefahr, keine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit, kalt, Fernseher ging nicht auszuschalten-nur mit Stecker ziehen, das hat nichts mit einfacher Ausstattung zu tun, nicht zu empfehlen - schade, da Lage sehr gut

Fieser Muff im Objekt, renovierungsbedürftig, schlecht zugänglich weil sehr enge Gasse zum Eingang

Unterkunft war unzumutbar. Hauseingang in enger Gasse mit einem zu hohen Zugang. Es roch extrem muffig im Flur und im Zimmer. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden bzw. eines nur einen kleinen Spalt. Rollos waren nicht intakt. Vermieter hat mir nach Beschwerde Alternative angeboten. Die war baulich und von der Ausstattung super aber soweit ab vom Schuss, dass noch nicht mal Lieferando bis da geliefert hat. Die Abgelegenheit wurde mir vorher nicht kommuniziert. Ich hätte die Alternative abgelehnt. Bin nach einer Übernachtung, gebucht waren fünf, abgereist. Ich hatte Blick aufs Wasser gebucht und nicht Blick in Garten mitten in der Pampa. Der restliche Reisepreis wurde mir nicht erstattet bisher. Freundlich war das Personal allerdings wussten sie genau was sie für einen Mist anbieten. Der erste hatte die baulichen Mängel und Renovierungbedürftigkeit bestätigt, der andere Unverständnis über die angebotene Alternative in der Pampa. Mal sehen ob noch ein Friedensangebot kommt.

Schlichte Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist schlicht, aber gemütlich. Die Lage ist top. Man hat einen direkten Blick auf den Alten Strom und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe, ist in 3 min. am Strand und Restaurants und Kneipen befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür. Man sollte es also schon trubelig mögen. Die Einrichtung bzw. Renovierung der Ferienwohnung ist schon etwas länger her, daher wirkt es nicht ganz so einladend. Wir waren nur für einen Kurzurlaub dort und waren quasi nur zum Schlafen da. Für uns war es okay.
