This sweet little beach cottage is situated directly across the road from the Southern end of Lammermoor Beach. It has a fabulous deck out the front overlooking the beach, perfect for your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean, or your cold beverage and snack platter in the afternoon, catching the ocean breeze and just chilling-out.

Freshly renovated and featuring two double bedrooms, bathroom, small yet functional kitchen and a comfy living room.

A great place to base yourself for your seaside holiday or short break-away, convenient to all that our beautiful coast has to offer.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Very nice cottage with lovely view of ocean. Nice walk along water around to Lammermore Beach. Just lacked a cutting board.

Disappointed

The property was tidy, clean, unfortunately there were a few things that really disappointed. There were no coat hangers, so we had to buy some. No internet. The main problem was no fly screens, and the flies were really bad. There was a fly screen/security door over the front door, but there was a gap all around it, and also the front wooden door had a gap on the top and bottom of it, so both were not sealed properly, and the flies would make their way into the unit, a multitude of flies, drove us nuts. The loungeroom window blind was see through at night time. No handrails on the back steps and landing. Very busy road. If all those things mentioned were fixed it would a great place to stay. Sea view, but the beach was very small not a good beach to walk on only took 2 minutes to walk the length of the beach. However there were plenty of scenic walking tracks close by and other beaches close by to walk.

Please do not stay here

Arrived at 7pm after a 9 hour drive to find dirty unmade beds, dirty used towels. Called the agent and didn’t hear from them until 8am next day. Slept in our clothes. very basic - 1 hanger, 1 bedside light, nowhere to put soap in shower except on the floor, no hooks or towel rail in bathroom, toilet seat loose, condiments..1/2 jar of peanut butter and some soy sauce, clothesline is 2 metres off the ground so can't reach it, the floor to ceiling window in the living room is fairly transparent so anyone passing by can look in mayor night. And, a final insult, my credit card was charged twice. (they did refund it after I provided bank statements). Worst place we have stayed in over 30 years of travel.

Great location not clean on arrival but rectified quickly

Location is perfect. Toilet seat needs to be tightened and is small for the toilet. Second bedroom window does not lock and easily opened from the outside. Blind in lounge room is totally see through from the street. Villa was not clean on arrival but was rectified within an hour and refunded the cleaning fee. Thank you. Plenty of blankets and 2 reverse cycle aircons which was very pleasant. Overall a nice stay. Thank you
