This magnificent house is distributed as follows:



On the main floor there is a double bedroom, a complete bathroom, an American kitchen with high quality finishes, where you can cook a paella with sea views and rest in the spacious living-dining room with a large plant screen. On the same floor, there is the impeccable terrace with several loungers for sunbathing, a magnificent infinity pool and an area for lovers of embers, with a state-of-the-art Weber gas barbecue.



On the second floor there are three double bedrooms with sea views, one of which has an en suite bathroom, two full bathrooms and a separate toilet.



From the road you can access the garage, two parking spaces, where you will find the elevator that goes up to the main floor, but you can also go up the side stairs without having to enter the garage.



Built in 2019, the whole house has the latest generation materials, home automation, electric awnings and blinds, aluminum windows and an elevator.

A beautiful perfect place!

The villa is just beautiful, we spent a perfect week there. The view is fantastic, the pictures in the net do not even get close to the real view and it is very quiet up there so that is was the right place for us to relax and come down. The house is almost new and very well equipped and functional, we did not miss anything at all. The service was excellent and helped out immediately with an issue that popped up at the first day. And towards the end of our vacation we found out that the owner is very generous, we got a very nice compensation for half a day of construction work in the neighborhood which was not the owners fault at all. During the last ten years we have rented many nice houses for vacation on the Costa Brava but this villa was the best place we have ever been and I hope we can go back soon. KH
