Niedliche Wohnung mit Stellplatz in zentraler Lage. Die Altstadt mit allen Geschäften ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso der Bahnhof.

Gute Lage

Gut zu finden vom Bahnhof aus. Dort konnten wir uns Räder ausleihen bei einer Caritasstation. Sehr nette Leute!! Leider roch es in der Wohnung sehr stark nach synthetischem Raumerfrischer. Sonst alles ok.

nur bedingt gut!!!

Großer Nachteil!! kein Parkplatz bei der Wohnung. Man muss schon 5 Min. laufen um den zugewiesenen Platz zu erreichen. Für meine alte Mutter ein Unding! Dann musste ich erst die Kaffeemaschine entkalten damit überhaupt Kaffee rauskam! was mich massiv gestört hat..überall standen in der Wohnung Ge.- und Verbotsschilder rum..es wäre besser gewesen zu schreiben was man überhaupt darf!! Gut war die Nähe zum Zentrum, sauber war es auch, wenn man nicht soo ganz genau hinschaute. Also alles in allem würde ich diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten!

Wohnung katastrophal, immer Kalt.Möbel wie aus den 70ern.Lieblos zusammengestellt. Wände im Bad beschmiert. Hausordnung in Bilderrahmen, anstatt in einem Ordner,usw.Ansonsten ist Rosenheim sehr schön.

Spitze für Kurztrip

Wir haben gerne in dieser Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Sie war blitzsauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und in 10 Min. ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Für zwei Erwachsene ist der Platz ausreichend. Gerne mal wieder...
