An ENTIRE house perched right on the famous Rail Trail. Perfect for hikers, cyclist and adventure enthusiasts alike!

Main entrance is through the Front Door on the Porch. There is also a back door that opens to the back deck and yard.

The neighborhood
Gorgeous neighborhood and is literally steps to the rail trail and a 5 minute walk down the trail to the main street in town. Rosendale is a quaint little town with amazing restaurants and shops, all nestled right next to the creek.

Getting around
Super convenient location. 10 minute drive to New Paltz. 15 minute drive to Kingston.

Great, just a few teething issues

Lovely stay. The house is cozy, recently renovated, almost everything is new, great location, responsive and accommodating host, comfortable bed.The property appears new and still a few minor kinks to work out. Missing a few small items (kitchen towels, property handbook, a dresser or other furniture in the upstairs bedroom, washer and dryer), but they didn't really take away from the stay. Would happily stay again.

New, Working out the Kinks

The location is perfect for Mid Hudson River Valley exploration. The town is quaint and has a decent grocery store. This property is New to VRBO and was very clean. My criticism is in the communication with the Host. Not very responsive and I waited less than 24 hours before getting the Access code - never have had to wait that long and I have used VRBO properties over a dozen times. The property was missing a few amenities that I take for granted like a toaster and did not have hair dryer or laundry machines. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.
