"The hotel grounds are beautiful but that’s about it. We stayed here for 3 days and the room was not cleaned the entire time. I put the sign on the door our last day for a cleaning only to arrive that evening to a dirty room. They emptied the garbage but left the rest of the room a mess. I’m not sure why they charged me 50 extra dollars for a pet fee. They should have paid me 50 to clean my own room. The breakfast would have been nice but by 8am all the items were gone. Breakfast hours are 7-10. Not once did they replenish any food items. The room was cold, drafty and dated. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had holes in them. We will never stay at this hotel again. "
