Clean, good loc., helpful staff. Cold and dark

Took too long to heat up room, uncomfortable mattresses, very dark room with 1 low watt bulb to light it. Got a lamp to read by. Staff did as much as possible to help. Good location and very clean. Tiny tv, water luke warm. It is January, so they usually have warm weather and not this cold.

Great place!

The only complaint I have is the room temp... super chilly! I was here during the off season (January) so that's probably the reason. otherwise this place has a GREAT staff... friendly and comfortable atmosphere, lots of amenities (including laundry service), and in a fabulous location!

Exceptional !!

Traditional Spanish, exceptional staff, in old quarter so close to all attractions, bars, cafes etc. nice change from a modern hotel. Funny shower head, flashed coloured lights. Sounds 'tacky' but was fun (-; Only minus, hear people in passage outside your room.

Great location & very clean

Pleasant stay here. Room looked exactly like in photos. Very basic but very good value, especially for the location. The wifi worked great. Only problem we had was getting to sleep- our room was facing a busy street where people were still in bars and restaurants at 3am, so I'd ask for a quieter room in future! Cannot fault the staff, very friendly.

Overall it was so-so; nothing disastrous happened, but the room was poorly lit, small, and generally uncomfortable. We could hear lots of noise coming from a bar on the street nearby when we were trying to go to sleep a little after midnight. The receptionist was friendly and helpful though.

Located close to the bull ring and the Picturesque new bridge. The lane has plenty of restaurants and bars and just a minute away from the main shopping area.
