"The spa was absolutely wonderful! I felt very pampered. The pool is wheelchair accessible and the pool area was very clean. The Lakeview Grille did a fabulous job serving our party of 11. Food was delicious and our server was top tier. The kids loved the cornhole and beach. We will absolutely go back!"

"The video concierge was unsettling and there were no signs to indicate what it was. Snacks were unpackaged randomly on a shelf and unlabled and unpriced. Vending machines were inoperable, the breakfast was a decent spread but the water jugs looked like they were manually refilled instead of clean water delivered. The breakfast area was unlit and there were no signs to indicate where to go. The showe curtain had mildew on it. The staff was friendly and the sheets and room were clean, but the bathroom needed better cleaning."
