No frills comfort and cleanliness

Very clean and neat - perfect location in relation to where my daughter is living. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful (via WhatsApp and the cleaning lady). Self check in was easy - though a little intimidating for a first-time visitor to Rome (I didn’t expect there to be other businesses in the building!) Two minor complaints - I asked them to arrange my transport from the airport to the guest house and the driver never showed up. And the two flight walk up with luggage (on a hot night) was unwelcome after a long travel day. A/C in the room didn’t work first night, but once they got it going, it was perfect. Once I was settled in and got over that hurdle, no complaints.

Vraiment trop dispendieux pour service reçu :(

Nous manquons d’information la veille de l’arrivée pour savoir comment entrer dans l’immeuble. Manque de service personnalisé. Aucune personne pour nous recevoir :(!! Petit déjeuner laissé dans la chambre oufff très ordinaire…petite biscotte et machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas…vaiment inadéquat pour le montant payé.
