The space was generally nice and clean however we encountered multiple issues. Checking in is complex and done remotely and there were technical issues so we couldn't get into the building until a stranger let us in.
Access to the actual room is with a pin code which was changed on us mid-stay so we couldn't get into the room any more - their response was that I was typing the code wrong and so wasn't rectified until they actually sent the new code (for which there was no apology or acknowledgment they messed up).
There is a movement sensor in the bedroom which flashes bright green which is triggered whenever you turn over in bed - it's very bright and even with eyes closed you can see the light turning on and off. It even woke me up from my partner moving. This was super annoying when sleeping.
The plates and dishes were filthy and looked they had simply been rinsed with water and put back in the cupboard.
The photos showed there was a microwave (which was important to us) and there wasn't one.
The location was okay - it's generally a bit of a walk (10-15 mins) to get to trains and restaurant centres.
